Strength is an important factor for a healthy life style it also gives u a lot of mental satisfaction you might feel your self superior than other.But all you need to do is a little effort. Here are some gym workouts....

BENCH PRESS
 

BENCHING , its a very good workout for strength .People skip benching coz its a difficult one requires strength.Some people  do benching on a smith machine believe me there is no benifits on strength.Its on only beneficial on free weight where gravity is acting ...
 
HOW TO BENCH
It often provides you chest muscles .Your pecs.
Your wrist should be tight its better to have someone on your back, as you lift it took it to your lower chest and start benching.If your are doing for strength that bost up on weights.
DEAD LIFT
DEADLIFT, when it comes to this exercise its my favourite or my workout  motivation . IT not only provides you stength it also ensure up for your strong back.

HOW TO DO
Its although a dangerous exercise  so you should be mentally focused while performing it AND MY ADVISE USE BELT
Just have  a look at  pic its your initial position with wide grip your back should not be bent it should be  straight bent your thighs to go down.
As you go up do not change your position when you reach at your standing point .. go back more at standing position just a slight a bit , then go back to your initial state.
                                                    
SQUAT

SQUAT for big lean thigh and aslo for ensuring maximum strength in your lower body....

HOW TO DO
Stand under the bar with your feet in an open V shape as shown in image.Un rack the bar then go down as quarter deep then go to initial state
